As a Baron it is required that you abide by the Baron Way.  There is a high expectation on your commitment to this Volleyball Program.  You will be the hardest working team in the gym.  There will be no excuses for lack of passion to play with maximum effort.  You will choose what benefits your team by being selfless in nature, encouraging 100% of the time, enduring challenges with positive attitudes, controlling what you can control to give the best of  yourself everyday to your team in practice, training sessions, and in matches.  You will committ to being coachable 100% of the time.  You will play as one family.  United.
